Star Alliance in house rules
1. IL partnership between members is mandatory upon joining the alliance
2. Member shall not IL with other airlines when there is a member based in that country, unless approved by that member airline
3. Members are encouraged to share hub wave time to facilitate transit options
4. Members shall offer an alliance rate for member's owned facility of no more than 80% of default rate
